Aaha Gold Cup: Football tournament for social change

Sahara Club is being so dedicated into Nepalese football as a result, Sahara Kept Orphans boys in its Football Academy. To run the Academy smoothly, it has to depend upon its yearly Football Tournament. The profit, which comes after completion of tournament will directly, goes to the fund of Academy. So, 3rd Aaha Gold is going to be kicked off from January 11-22 2005 to enhance the fund of Sahara, everybody are ready now to see and feel the sensation of Football through Aaha Gold Cup.
The Participants Clubs are: Three star Club Manang Marshyangdi Mahendra Police Club Sankata Club Armed Police Force Dharan Football Club Samrat Sporting Club Biratnagar Rupendehi XI Sahara Red Sahara Blue Mohun Bagan U-19 team CT Young Football Club, Deharadun, India
The estimated budget of the tournament is 2.2 million Nepalese rupees where Aaha Instant noodles is sponsoring the tournament. The rest expenses are expected to be covered by Co-sponsors and ticket Price.
The Organizer Sahara Club has set a ticket price of 25 rupees in first round, 30 for second, 40 for Semi-final and 50 rupees for Final. The club has also introduced the seasonal ticket for entire match for 300 Rupees only.
The winner team will bag 50.000 Nepalese rupees where runner-up team will bag 25,000 rupees. The best player of the tournament will also get a sum of 10,000 rupees where man of the match of every game will get “Man of the match trophy.”
