Marty's Memorial league 2061 under the sponsorship of Everest Beer to be kicked from 17th April 2004 till August 17 2004. The tournament will be played in round robin basis.

From this year, super six league will be played between 6 top teams and the champion and the runner ups will be declared with the combined points of both the league and the super six league.

Eleven 'A' Division Clubs including two teams advanced from 'B' Division league defending Champion Manang Marsyangdi Club, Mahendra Police Club, Three Star Club, NRT, RCT, Jawalakhel Youth Club, Friends Club, Sankata Club, Boys Union Club, Kathmandu Club, Mahabir Club, Brigade Boys Club and two corporate teams Mahendra Police and newly joined Tribhuwan Army will take part in this league.

The prize money for the champion has been raised to Rupees Five Hundred Thousands from Two Hundred Thousand this year. The Best Goal Keeper, Defense, Midfielder, Striker and the Highest Goal Scorer will be rewarded one motor bike each.
